Do you guarantee work?
Yes, we offer a 12 month guarantee with all of our work.
How do I know you will finish my work on time?
When we estimate your job we will give you a start date to match our availability and will start on that date. When we are asked to bid on other jobs, we never give a start date we cannot guarantee and we will not accept any work which clashes with your schedule. Once we start we are there for you until we are finished. When we say “See you tomorrow” we really mean it!
If I’m not satisfied with your work how do I resolve the problem?
For us, the most important thing is that we do the job to your complete satisfaction. We want to add your name to our list of satisfied customers because word-of-mouth is the best form of advertising. If however, you find that you are working with a plumber who fails to meet the standards of the job and you cannot resolve the problem through discussion you can seek advice from your local Citizens Advice Bureau.
Are your engineers licensed?
You can check out any Gas Safe Registration number by navigating to the Gas Safe website and entering their registration number. Our Gas Safe Registered Number is 26146. You are more than welcome to ask us for references from some of our satisfied customers and rest assured, we will NEVER estimate on a job we don’t feel confident we can complete to your full satisfaction.
Do you provide upfront estimates before starting work?
Yes, we will happily provide a written estimate before starting work if requested.
I’ve got an estimate. Can you “beat” it?
We are always happy to give an estimate on any job we feel we can do well. But if you have an estimate from another plumber maybe its best not to show us. Let us quote on the work because our estimate will be the best we can offer. After you have our quote then we can discuss any differences so that you can then make a good and well informed decision on who to use.
Secure payments and deposits
Many people prefer to pay for services by credit of debit card over cash or cheques. An advantage of using a credit card is that under section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act 1974, customers who have a claim against a supplier for breach of contract or misrepresentation will generally have an equal claim against the card issuer. We accept all major credit / debit cards.

We have been in the gas, plumbing and heating business for over 30 years.
